All persons entering Puerto Rico must:

Anyone older than 2 years must provide evidence of a completed vaccination cycle or instead, a negative result of a molecular or antigen test to detect COVID-19 carried out within the period of 2 days before arrival on the Island or 48 hours after arriving in Puerto Rico.

If you are a traveler from an international destination, you must provide a negative result of a molecular or antigen test to detect COVID-19 carried out a maximum of one (1) day before boarding the plane to Puerto Rico.
