Yacht movements

No specific restrictions. All vessels are welcome to France and Monaco no matter their previous ports and can anchor in the French & Monegasque territories.

All vessels should present in addition to their standard documents the Health Maritime Declaration (DMS) to the relevant authorities, at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

The local authorities have the right to forbidden access.

Guest movements

From June 9, the flow of travellers between France and foreign countries will be reopened according to procedures that vary according to the health situation in third countries and the vaccination of travellers. A classification of countries has been defined based on health indicators. The lists of countries are likely to be adapted according to the evolution of their epidemic situation (lists can be found on www.gouvernement.fr/info-coronavirus).

Indoor and outdoor activities (what is allowed and what is not ashore)

From August 1, you will need to present a health pass to access leisure and culture venues and events bringing together more than 50 people.
