BWA YACHTING ACQUIRES MONACO PORT SERVICES
LUGANO, Switzerland - BWA Yachting, worldwide leader in concierge and maritime agency services to the super yacht industry, has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the majority of shares in Monaco Port Services. Established in 1997 by Pierre Balducchi, former Port Captain of Monaco, the company is a leader in shore side services in Monte Carlo and the South of France. The acquisition will enforce BWA’s global presence in the yachting industry, already operative in Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, Greece and Turkey as well as Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, which serves the USA and the Caribbean.

Monaco Port Services will begin this month to operate as BWA Yachting in Monaco and the South of France. The company will continue to operate under the same local management team which includes Pierre Balducchi and Xavier Paris. Additional offices will soon follow in Cannes, to serve the Cǒte D’Azur, as well as in Corsica.
